Kevin, who handled the initial quote, was a pleasure to work with. He promptly returned my call when I requested a quote and came to my home to provide a demo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated how he took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with the process. Plus, the appointment was scheduled around my availability, which made things so convenient.

On installation day, Austin and his crew were equally impressive. They arrived right on time and got to work with efficiency and professionalism. The quality of their installation was amazing, and I was blown away by how they left my yard looking even better than before they started. Their attention to detail and respectful attitude stood out throughout the day.

We were so pleased and impressed by the professionalism, competence and patience by the Carolina Lighting team. We initially called to have them fix an issue by a previous lighting company that failed to respond back to our requests from a recent installation that should have been under warranty. After a 20 minute walk through they were able to point out many incompetencies from the previous lighting company including a few fire hazards. They made recommendations by attempting to re use some of the equipment and rewiring them to code. They also increased the wattage for the bulbs since the previous ones we had were too dim. In addition they offered us a discount to place new lights in our backyard when we inquired about a quote. The cost of the lights for the front and back were less than what we paid for 1/2 the work from the previous company. Everyone was just really thorough and quick to respond. We had a demo and they actually waited 40 minutes for me to arrive since I was running late. On day of installation, they were neat, efficient and had a team of about 5 men. They called 3 times after the installation to ensure I was happy with the results. We will definitely use them again in the future to upgrade once our landscaping is done but we’re really happy and relieved that we found Carolina lighting. Since this is a family business, it has been around for a long time so you don’t have to worry about not being able to reach the company to honor a warranty like we encountered with the previous company. One last thing to add that made me feel comfortable—it doesn’t matter if you have 5000 sq ft house or a 1400 sq ft house. They really want to help you get the right lighting for your needs. They are passionate electricians and have a great eye for design. Thank you Carolina!!

Very good experience having Carolina Outdoor Lightning install additional lighting at the home we recently purchased. Everyone I met and spoke with on the phone were all very professional and informative. The night demo was very helpful in making our decision and Austin came back after the install to adjust the lighting when we felt it was a little too bright in the tree canopy. Looks great!

Carolina Outdoor lighting did an excellent job on my home lighting. From the first consultation to the final walk thru they were nothing but professional. They showed up when they said, performed the project in the time they said. When they left my property you couldn't tell they had been there. Clean up was great. The crews they brought in to do the job were very familiar with the entire project and went right to work. What a pleasure it was to work with a company that does what they "SAY". The end result was I have a home lighting system that is "TOP OF THE LINE", installed by the best Lighting company I know of. I highly recommend them if you are looking to improve the looks of your home or business.
