We had Carolina Outdoor Lighting install all of the lighting in the front of our home as well as around our backyard and pool area, and we could not be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job! I was impressed from the introductory call (I discovered them with a google search) to the demo lighting to the final installation. They answered all questions, provided excellent feedback, and truly put in the effort to make the final design look as professional and beautiful as possible. COPL was a great company to work with from start to finish. They really listened to what we wanted and worked with us to create a wonderful result within our budget. The crew was incredibly friendly and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves.

I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years. Always friendly, thorough and professional. They installed almost 20 lights for us, and in the rare occasion we’ve had problems (usually our fault), they are quick to come back out and fix whatever we’ve broken. Their prices are competitive and their service techs are top notch. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I have used COL on 2 houses now and they never disappoint. They have insightful creative suggestions, they are reasonably priced and dependable. Did a great job and I highly recommend them Great crew!

I had some issues with my programmer and the landscape lights not coming on at the right time. Patrick at Carolina Outdoor came out and reprogrammed the unit and checked all my lights to let me know which were out. Later that day the lights came on during the day and I called them back at 6pm and Patrick returned my call. Long story short the unit is not functioning properly any longer (and it was programmed correctly) and a new programmer unit is needed. Through talking to me Patrick suggested something even simpler.. a photocell unit that simply senses night/day. I really appreciate a business who listens to you and provides solutions that meet my needs. And to call me back after hours was really impressive and much appreciated bc of course I’m thinking dang you were just here! Anyway, my experience with Carolina outdoor was all excellent … all the staff I interacted with were super courteous, knowledgeable, came on time and a fair price. Def will use them for all future needs.

We had a great experience with Carolina Outdoor Lighting. There were several issues with our current lighting system, due to construction projects we had done, and Carolina Outdoor Lighting came out and fixed the problems in a short period of time. Very responsive and professional.

We had a wonderful experience with Carolina Outdoor Lighting installing accent lighting on our arborvitaes and various other trees. From start to finish they were consistently prompt and helpful. We appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to troubleshoot issues we were having with our existing bistro lighting from another company on the day of install. We will definitely be contacting them for any future lighting needs! Update: 5/21/26 We decided to have some upgrades done to the mediocre existing lighting that was done by another company at the front of our house. Carolina Outdoor Lighting was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to ensure the changes we made were perfect. We were able to reduce costs significantly by upgrading the lamps in our existing fixtures instead of buying brand new fixtures. It is clear that they care about their customers and doing quality work. They are very honest and upfront about offering ways clients can work within their budget while still achieving a great end result. Shout out to Austin for doing an excellent job!

Carolina Outdoor Lighting Professionals did a fantastic job illuminating our home just the way I had envisioned. With our home being multiple levels in the backyard it made lighting a little more challenging, however Austin and his team were able to make it work beautifully. I would highly recommend this company as they were all very professional, timely and great to work with.

We had lights installed 5 years ago and haven't had *any* issues with them. We recently had them out for a service visit to fix a fixture that we damaged. Mike was AMAZING! What he got done in an hour was well worth the $$ spent. Repaired the line to the broken fixture, cleaned out all the can lights, got up on the ladder and examined the second story lights, adjusted our timer on the transformer, took time to educate me and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
